The main aim of this paper is to answer the research question, “Is Gompertz model suitable for studying diffusion ISO 22000 standard in Europe?” Forecasting models adopting were developed estimate which extent Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) based on are expected be implemented and certified European continent.
